The Richmond Group USA (TRG) is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to join a close-knit team, where you'll take charge of office administration and client communication.

In this role, you will:

• Learn from top advisors and start spotting financial planning needs and solutions.
• Prep for client meetings and get everything ready.
• Be in the room for client meetings, taking notes and keeping track of next steps.
• Follow up with clients to keep things moving smoothly.

We are looking for someone with:

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration.
• 5+ years of experience in a professional office setting.
• A proven track record of exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks. Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
