We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join the Fiduciary Family Office team in being a pivotal part of delivering exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will act as a client advocate, overseeing account operations, service requests, and financial transactions to ensure a seamless service experience. This is a critical role that requires strong interpersonal skills, institutional custodian operational expertise, and a client-focused mindset to uphold the high standards of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing all operational aspects of the client relationship, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience through efficient account management, timely delivery, and attention to detail
- Prepare paperwork and confirm all forms meet requirements and are accurate before submission
- Submit, track, and follow up on service requests for account setup, maintenance, and transactions, confirming accuracy and completeness, and communicate updates to the team and clients
- Monitor and execute client requests, such as wire transfers, money movements, and account transactions
- Help prepare for client meetings by gathering data, preparing reports, and ensuring all materials are accurate and ready for review
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including gathering documentation, completing custodial forms, and ensuring a smooth and successful transition
- Update allocation worksheets and assist in implementing investment strategies
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance client servicing efficiency and accuracy
Technical Proficiency:
- Experience working with Charles Schwab's custodian platform
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, exceptional Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Experience working with financial platforms and planning software preferred (Black Diamond, eMoney, DocuSign, Morningstar Advisor, etc.)
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 2 - 5 years of experience in client service, financial services, or wealth management with a minimum of 2 consecutive years of employment at previous employer
- High level of accuracy in handling client data, documentation, and transactions
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mentality and commitment to service excellence
Hours & Compensation:
- This is a full-time, in-office position at our beautiful new office in Boca Raton, FL, with hours from 8:30AM – 5:30PM, with an understanding that there may need to be flexibility based on client, advisor, and/or management needs
