SUMMARY
The Client Renewal Specialist reports to the Vice President of Client Renewals. You will have the chance to secure and expand the RealPage customer base's renewals business, managing a high volume of customers while thriving in a fast-paced environment. This individual is self-motivated, proactive, and eager to partake in opportunities to expand their knowledge base of renewals and customer success. You will have an opportunity to sell well-respected products as a leader in our industry. We will provide you with ongoing sales and product training. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Creating relationships with existing customers over the phone/email
* Maintaining and growing strong relationships with current customers.
* Follow through with the sales and renewal process with customers by phone, email, and video.
* Communicating with all renewal customers during budget reviews to manage renewal status.
* Cultivating relationships with renewal customers to ensure renewal is forthcoming.
* Assisting Account Representatives in the strategy and promotion of additional products (upselling).
* Providing customers with sales quotes and online demonstrations of our products.
* Effectively understanding customer needs, solving problems, negotiating, and developing solutions to meet customer needs.
* Using a contact management system to plan and complete sales activities (Salesforce), create quotes, develop a pipeline, and move opportunities through the renewal process to close.
* Effectively Negotiate Estimated Annual Contract Value within range of (but not limited to) $500,000.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the multi-family industry sales or customer service
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate across the organization and externally with customers.
* Proven record of building relationships and negotiating with C level suites
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, self-start and self-direct work in an independent and fast paced environment.
* Ability to collaborate with teams in diverse functional areas with effective interpersonal skills necessary to build positive, productive, and effective professional working relationships.
* Proven analytical and problem resolution skills.
* Flexibility and ability to prioritize in meeting multiple goals.
* Adhere to internal controls, best practices, and efficiencies.
* Self-motivated and self-sufficient
* Detail-oriented & customer focused.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
* Ability (up to 10%) travel for quarterly company sales meetings.
