**What You'll Do**
We're looking for a Client Reporting Associate to join our Principal Asset Management Operations Reporting team. In this role, you'll lead monthly/quarterly reporting cycles, including production and sample testing scheduling. You'll partner with global internal teams to deliver a quality and accurate reports to our clients!
+ Lead the monthly/quarterly production of OCIO (Outsourced Chief Investment Officer) client reports in automated client reporting system(Vermilion). This includes the creation of check templates for validation, and accuracy of data feeds into Vermilion, selection of account sampling for testing, oversight of the Pune OCIO production team, trouble shooting any issues that occur pre, post production cycle.
+ Onboarding of new OCIO clients. Partnering with client facing teams and business teams to understand Onboarding requirements and ensure proper set up and implementation of the client in the reporting system.
+ Assist the Associate Director with key project deliverables for multiple projects this could include: redesigning factsheets/client reports, coordinating meetings and facilitating project discussions, partnering with multiple business units and IT to understand business requirements and action into business deliverables for the client reporting team.
+ Assist with client reporting and factsheet production as needed.
**Who You Are**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Math, Engineering or Technology.
+ 2+ years of business experience in Client Reporting. Asset Management is preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, PDF and Excel Skills.
+ Understanding of database structures, experience with Power BI and writing/editing macros.
+ Strong data analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to deliver accurate data.
+ Self starting, self motivated, pro-active attitude.
+ Effective communications and relationship building, Team Player, Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
**Skills That Will Help You Stand Out**
+ Knowledge of Vermilion is a plus.
+ Experience with Morningstar or Bloomberg data structure.
**Salary Range Information**
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
**Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)**
$71250 - $121200 / year
**Time Off Program**
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
