- Workforce Coordination: Develop and implement tailored staffing and workforce management processes to meet customer and company needs.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison for employee concerns, handle new hire paperwork, oversee attendance, and manage counseling or discipline processes.
- Customer Engagement: Build effective working relationships with client supervisors, HR teams, and internal branches to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Administrative Excellence: Ensure accurate documentation in Bullhorn, prepare client reports, manage payroll and invoicing processes, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in audits, review processes quarterly, and contribute to corrective action initiatives to improve performance metrics.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at job fairs and daily management meetings to address staffing needs and enhance team collaboration.
- Safety and Compliance: Conduct accident investigations and ensure adherence to all contract and regulatory standards.
What You'll Need:
- Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Human resources, payroll, or customer service experience preferred; experience in manufacturing or recruiting a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and internet use; familiarity with payroll systems is a bonus.
- Personal Attributes: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle confidential information with care.
- Flexibility: Travel may be required.
