As first impressions are lasting impressions, it is vital that all patient interactions with Call Center Agents be energetic, exude positivity, and represent our practice and clinics.Call Center Agents are responsible for managing patient calls with the highest level of customer service, registration, scheduling patient appointments in Athena/Meditech practice management system, and providing patients with all appointment relevant information.Responsibilities:* Correctly schedule appointments for patients to ensure providers are busy and productive within all locations* Handle incoming calls* Contact patients who need to cancel appointments and help them reschedule* Provide patients with all pre-appointment information neededRequirements:* High School diploma or Equivalency required, Associate's Degree preferred* CMOA, MOA, EMT strongly preferred* Minimum 2 years working in a physician practice scheduling appointments and working with medical records* Bilingual (English/Spanish/Creole) preferred* Excellent communication skills
