Who we are looking for:

First Eagle is seeking a highly motivated Client Service Analyst who excels in executing tasks, embraces a teamwork culture, and is eager to grow in a long-term career at First Eagle Investments. This hire will support all of US Wealth Solutions distribution by completing tasks in the CSA inbox, compiling data, updating and creating customer profiles, generating comparison requests, and building relationships within the firm to maintain the top-notch service we provide clients. This candidate must have already passed their SIE exam, and will be given the opportunity to study and complete the Series 7 and 66 exams.

What you will do:

* Study & pass the FINRA Series 7 & 66 exams (to be completed within first 90 days of hire date)

* Procure Morningstar Report Portal comparisons, hypotheticals, and overlap reports for clients

* Compile and analyze Salesforce data to generate various reports for territory maintenance team creation for Senior Leadership

* Attend bi-weekly idea share sessions with Internal Advisor Consultant desk

* Compete in quarterly presentation workshops

* Collaborate with other departments such as National Accounts, Retirement, Data, Product, Institutional, & Specialist teams

* Fulfill data requests using Tableau to answer client and internal team questions

* Assist with Literature Fulfillment Requests for clients

* Assist with ad hoc Portfolio Manager and other department requests that are sent to the CSA inbox

* Attend WebEx/Zoom meetings & virtual lunches to record notes.

* Update fact sheets, portfolio compositions, and marketing materials, etc. using Seismic Document

* Attend in-office firm events, meetings, and investment forums

The qualities you should have:

* Undergraduate degree, preferably in finance, business, or economics

* SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam passed prior to hire date

* Passion for sales and knowledge financial markets and basic economic principles

* Exemplary time management, organization and execution skills

* Excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness to be a team player

* Daily attitude of gratitude, humility, and respect for yourself, peers and the firm

Base Salary: $65,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to - the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
