The Client Service Associate reports to the Director of Operations and is critical in appropriately leveraging Advisors' time. This is a role that works independently with wide latitude for independent judgment. This position utilizes excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to confidently provide information and education to clients in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Open new accounts
- Schedule appointments
- Heavy customer service contact
- Handles SRA's
- Handles Money transfers
- Handles Omni remitting of checks
- Client reach out/contact
- Set up monthly, semi-monthly, quarterly, & annual meetings
- Assisting in answering questions, for new or existing clients
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work and effectively manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others without direct control
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in the financial services industry allowing a strong understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products
- Previous experience in the independent financial services industry required
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Series 7 License preferred
