This Client Service Associate (CSA) will provide support directly to our team of Financial Advisors, as well as lend general office support to Financial Planning, Accounting, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing Departments. CSA will also be responsible for client communications and ensuring each interaction ends with a positive experience and exceptional service.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience

1+ year experience within the Finance industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor

Highly dependable quick learner with a positive attitude who thrives in both individual and team settings

Proactive and willing to contribute ideas. Not afraid to ask questions

Preferred Qualifications:

Series 7 and/or Series 66 certification

Experience in client-facing roles
