A renowned financial services firm in Roseville, CA is seeking a versatile and tech-savvy Client Service Associate to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Financial Advisors by providing essential administrative support for things such as scheduling appointments, opening new accounts, and following up to ensure client service models are met.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $63,000 / year DOE

Client Service Associate Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services
  • Series 7 is required
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) licenses are highly preferred
  • Preference for candidates who are fully registered, but open to those who are on the path to full registration
  • Ability to quickly integrate into a large team and be operational from day one
  • College degree is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Thomson ONE, Envestnet, CRM, and Money Guide Pro is a plus
Client Service Associate Responsibilities
  • Support Financial Advisors in daily operations, ensuring exceptional client service
  • Manage account openings, client communications, transfers, and distributions
  • Maintain and monitor reports and notifications for book of business
  • Provide backup support to other teams as needed, emphasizing teamwork
  • Adapt and grow with technology changes and enhancements
