The Client Service Associate will support the firm in all facets of client relationships, by gathering and analyzing client data, maintaining the office and various technical tools, as well as handling client service requests. This position will interact with clients, custodians, carriers, manage client information, generate account paperwork and service forms, handle client service requests, and provide exceptional customer service to Secure Future Advisors clients.

Secure Future Advisors is an independent retirement planning and financial solutions company, located in Kettering, Ohio, dedicated to providing their clients with an innovative and conservative approach to investing their money. The Client Service Associate will be an integral member of the Secure Future Advisors family, and will require an entrepreneurial mindset, prosperity conscious attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task on a regular basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organize, coordinate, and maintain client paperwork, including the submission of applications and associated paperwork.
  • Interact with investment and insurance companies to establish new accounts and service existing accounts.
  • Handle client service requests including processing name and address changes, account applications and bank authorizations, answering client questions via telephone, e-mail, and face to face.
  • Provide high quality customer service and demonstrate creative problem solving to resolve client issues.
  • Assist with answering phone calls, scheduling client appointments, and performing general administration and support functions for the office.
  • Prepare and send client correspondence, manage client files, process RMDs, maintain the internal calendar.

REQUIRED Experience and Education:
  • Associate's Degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer or Client Service experience.
  • A humble, smart, and hungry attitude.
  • A professional attitude and demeanor.
  • Internally motivated (batteries included).
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally within client service, new account paperwork, financial planning, tax strategies, retirement planning, Social Security, Medicare guidance, insurance options, and/or estate planning.
  • Familiarity with Redtail, Outlook, Bookings, Laserapp, QuickBooks, Constant Contact, ShareFile.
  • Life & Health License, SIE, Series 7, Series 66, or willingness to obtain within 1-2 years.

Physical Demands: This is a largely sedentary role, and it may involve repetitive motions in the hands/wrists as this role is dependent on consistent computer use during the workday.

Position Type and Expected Hours: This is a full-time position. Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm. Occasional evenings are required to assist with client events and webinars. No required weekends.
