Onsite A well-established financial services firm based in Lewisburg, PA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join their team! This role involves providing administrative support to financial advisors, managing client communications, and handling a variety of tasks such as account maintenance, appointment scheduling, and document management.   • Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing timely responses, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships
  • Organize and maintain client files for approximately 300 clients, including updating account information, processing beneficiary changes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for financial advisors, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings
  • Handle cashiering duties, process transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Scan, file, and organize financial documents, ensuring all records are well-maintained and easily accessible
  • Provide general administrative support to financial advisors, contributing to the smooth operation of daily office tasks
Client Service Associate Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, particularly in RIAs, broker-dealers, or insurance-based firms, with a solid understanding of industry operations and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and advanced Excel skills for managing communications and data analysis
  • trong client communication skills with the ability to engage effectively and provide excellent service
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a variety of administrative duties with attention to detail
  • Independent problem-solving skills, with initiative and resourcefulness in addressing challenges and managing time
  • Preferred: Bachelor s degree in business, finance, or related field, and a Series 65 license
