Client Service AssociateReports to: Client Services ManagerStatus: ExemptWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Associate to join our esteemed wealth management team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client experiences by providing high-quality service and support.Duties:Provide back-office investment operations support to financial advisors and their clients via a Salesforce tasking process which may include:Open new accountsMoney movement requestsAccount transfer submissionsAddress changesClient distributions and RMD'sClient contributions and depositsGeneral service requestsWork closely with custodial firms including Fidelity, Pershing, Schwab and Raymond JamesProvide support on Alternative Investment subscription documentsWork closely with the trading and billing team to ensure accounts are setup properly and timelyIdentify efficiency opportunitiesMinimum Education:College degreeSkills and Experience:Self-starter and motivated to learnFamiliar and competent in the Windows suite of programsEmbraces working on a teamStrong written and verbal communicationFamiliarity with Salesforce preferredKnowledge of custodial platforms (not required)Industry licensing (not required)Firm Requirements:Must maintain client confidentialityAbility to ensure compliance with the firm's policies and proceduresAttention to detailAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and documentation skillsCreative, flexible, and persistent in completing tasksApollon Wealth Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D and Drug Free Workplace.Background check required for all employees.#J-18808-Ljbffr
