Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Support Excellence: Collaborate with our retirement plan advisors to provide exceptional service to our Retirement Plan Consulting clients.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from day one.
  • Project Management: Help manage and track our teams open projects and client follow-ups, ensuring everything is completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and develop analyses to support our client recommendations and deliverables.
  • Client Deliverables: Prepare engaging and informative deliverables for client and prospect meetings, showcasing our value and expertise.
  • Day-to-Day Contact: Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for client support, addressing their needs promptly and professionally, as well as collaborating with our vendor partners.
  • Communication and Marketing: Support our ongoing client communications and contribute to our marketing efforts to attract prospective clients.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2 plus years experience within Client Service, Financial Services, or the Retirement Plan industry, preferred.
  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Growth Mindset: A passion for learning and growing within a collaborative, client-centric environment.
  • Technical and Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency with computer applications and excellent people skills to build strong client relationships.
