Position Information:
Boone County Family Resources is seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator III. This role plays a vital part in the success of our Family and Community Living Support Program, providing leadership, oversight, and management of program functions. They provide direct supervision and support to a team of Support Coordinators and foster a collaborative and supportive environment to ensure high-quality services for the individuals and families we support.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University or Registered Nurse license. Preference for previous supervisory experience or multiple years' experience demonstrating a proven track record of excellent communication, collaboration with internal and external entities, and demonstrated leadership qualities.
Additionally, applicants must have a valid driver's license, access to an insured and properly maintained vehicle for transportation, and operate that vehicle in a safe and prudent manner to comply with all applicable laws.

Schedule:
The Client Service Coordinator will work a 40-hour work week Monday through Friday. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be needed based on caseload needs. Once the introductory period is successfully completed, the Client Service Coordinator may have the opportunity to work a base schedule with some remote hours.
