As the Client Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, creating a warm welcome and getting the client excited about their hair day.
This is not your typical receptionist job, you'll have the ability to truly make a difference in someone's life and help our clients regain their confidence and go after their dreams!
MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES:
* Greets all clients & visitors, promptly greets each guest with a smile, portrays a positive attitude, and offers assistance with all reasonable requests
* Answers incoming calls promptly and professionally, provides accurate and appropriate information and directs calls to other staff members while minimizing impact on present clients
* Resolves minor client issues by using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to offer win?win solutions and communicates escalating scenarios to the Client Relationship Manager and Center Manager
* Accurately enters all client transactions by selecting the correct performers, service/product codes, and tenders
* Actively manages scheduling activities including advance booking, wait times, hollow schedules, service accuracy, appointment ticket accuracy, and appointment confirmations
* Supports the styling team by assisting with scheduling, documentation, communicating appointment changes, retail/service add?on sales, and various administrative duties
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least one (1) year previous guest service experience
* Point of sale system and other business software experience
* Hyper-focused on exceptional member experience
* Friendly congenial outgoing communication, empathetic communication
* Able to reach and stimulate others while being aware and responsive to their needs and interests
* Communicate professionally with all persons in the Company
* Utilize superior organizational and time management skill
* Able to work under time constraints and pressure
* Work independently and self-motivated
* Professional image
