Client Service Manager
The Client Service Manager is an administrative support role within a service segment of SBDP. They provide support to managers, staff and clients by handing a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between SBDP and clients are positive and productive. They serve as a client point of contact for the SBDP team.
This role reports to work in-office in Jacksonville Beach, FL (no remote or hybrid).
Job Description
We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist engagement mangers with monitoring client projects (WIP) to guarantee projects are completed by target due dates; work with clients on document requests and follow-up to ensure timely receipt of requested information; and transmit client deliverables at completion of project.
Successful candidates should be professional, polite and have excellent organization skills. CSMs should be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal & written communication.
Responsibilities include:
This position is a direct report to the partner & operations manager of the department. There will be additional coordination with the CSMs from other departments and the partner & director of CAS.
