Position Expectations:
The Client Relationship Manager/Operations Specialist will enhance the client relationship by supporting Wealth Advisors with service and operational duties. They will coordinate with Wealth Advisors and clients to ensure every aspect of advisory and insurance accounts are set up accurately and properly maintained according to the client's Wealth Plan. This position will work in the office on a full basis.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare paperwork to open client accounts to the specifications requested by the wealth advisors.
- Aid in communicating with clients to ensure all requested documents are received for financial planning.
- Facilitate, monitor and document client asset movement including transfers/rollovers and client distribution/contribution requests.
- Process Trade Requests using in-house model assignment app and allocation builder, ensuring strategies and allocation remain in balance.
- Communicate, implement, and ensure compliance with guidelines and policies:
- Maintain compliance policies and documentation
- Oversee the compliance and advertising approval process
- Ensure compliance with broker/dealer and RIA standards for all procedures completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients and advisors with professionalism, confidence and friendliness/compassion.
- Monitors and communicates progress of new client onboarding process with advisor and client, including client technology access set-up.
- Manage the 10/30/60/90-day client onboarding process
- Effectively understand and be able to communicate project expectations to team members and management in a timely and clear fashion.
- Assist in developing processes and procedures that enhance accuracy and streamline processes.
- Assist in setting and continually meeting project expectations with team members and management.
- Coordinate with Advisors and the Operations team to generate annual client review materials.
- Serve as a back-up to the client service associate for communications with the client base including phone calls, text messages, emails and meetings.
- Attend all training and information sharing meetings scheduled for the Service and Operations Team.
- Build and maintain a relationship with the client base with a primary focus on service and operations.
- Develops and maintains written systems of all activities.
- Perform general clerical duties and other functions as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field preferred, or commensurate career experience.
- Experience working in a professional office environment or in the financial industry preferred; If licensed, clean U-4 and U-5 history.
- FINRA Series 7, 63, (and 65 if needed for your Registered Investment Advisor) or willingness to attain in first twelve months.
- Interest in and knowledge of financial markets and investment securities preferred.
- Must have polished and professional presentation with desire to provide the highest quality of service and confidentiality.
- Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation.
- The ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and aptitude for learning new programs and processes:
- Knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), required
- Knowledge of Financial Industry programs (Salesforce, Orion, Financial Planning Software, etc.), preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the energy to take initiative to complete tasks and projects independently.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary dependent on experience ($50,000-$70,000 annual salary)
