The Client Service Manager (CSM) is an essential part of our Creative Blinds team - they are highly trained professionals that have full knowledge of our products and how they operate and can confidently and effectively explain this to clients and customers inquiring in person within our showrooms, online, and over the phone. The CSM also is fully trained to navigate our systems and protocols in order to assist our in-house Design Consultants in their efforts to start and complete the sales cycle.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals that are organized, responsible and can be part of a team-based organization where each individual can effectively communicate with both the client/customer as well as the other team members.
