Job Description:

This job listing is for a Client Services Manager with a rapidly growing business. They are a family-owned structural repair and restoration engineering firm that specialize in parking garages. What this means for you is ability to collaborate with other stakeholders in your own firm. You will be carrying out evaluations of existing structures, preparing reports and building relationships with existing and new clientele!

Position Overview: Client Services Manager

  • Focus: Relationship-building, project management, and sales growth in new territories.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in construction-related consulting, sales, business development, or account management.
  • 3+ years in construction project management.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, techniques, and standards (including OSHA).

Skills:

  • Strong communication (verbal/written), time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with systems like Salesforce, Procore, SAP, and Sharepoint.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry, particularly concrete construction and restoration.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing requirements.

Licenses:

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for client relationships in Growth Territories.
  • Lead business development, identify prospects, and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage projects: from sales proposals, financial performance, and scheduling to on-site logistics and subcontractor supervision.
  • Collaborate with structural engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor financial performance: prepare forecasts, manage cash flow, and ensure timely invoicing and collection.
  • Develop customer relationships by providing excellent service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Participate in regional conferences and potentially present on behalf of the business.
