At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. Brookfield Animal Hospital is an AAHA accredited 3 DVM fully equipped small animal hospital proudly serving the Brookfield, CT community. At Brookfield Animal Hospital, you will be part of a team that provides the highest quality medicine and surgery with ultrasound, blood pressure and pulse oximeter anesthetic monitors and dental radiology in a fun working environment that promotes teamwork and personal growth. Client Service Representative Brookfield Animal Hospital in Danbury, CT $18.50 - $22.00 an hour (based on experience) WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system
  • Warmly greets clients
  • Maintains appointment schedules
  • Receives and relays client correspondence and updates client financial records
  • Answers client's inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures
  • Educates clients on over-the-counter products such as flea and tick preventions
  • Handles medical records entries accurately
  • Prepares client invoices for services performed
  • Handles payment transactions
  • Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly
  • Builds rapport with clients in person and over the phone

REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is preferred but not required
  • Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment
  • Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
