Osaic has returned to a hybrid work schedule, so we are seeking candidates prepared to work a split schedule between home and the office.
Role Type: Full time
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:
Responsible for performing a variety of administrative and sales support activities for Osaic Institutions customers in conformance with established Osaic Institutions objectives, policies, and procedures by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to Investment executive and client needs, concerns, and questions.
- Responsible for attention to established policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of execution and timeliness with respect to market deadlines.
- Assists in the account opening process.
- Performs initial check of paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Acts as a liaison between the investment executive and clearing firm, fund company, and carrier to allow transactions to flow without interruption or delay.
- Maintains electronic client files and documentation on proprietary web-based software.
- Provides the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers.
- Ensures client satisfaction continues to be a distinguishing selling point for Osaic Institutions in the market space.
- Suggests and implements new policies and procedures based on business and regulatory changes.
- Obtains regulatory licenses to support customer support and progress of career at Osaic Institutions.
- Performs miscellaneous office duties including the processing of office mail and assigning requests to the proper department.
- Performs work within established guidelines and according to specific procedures.
- Refers problems to immediate supervisor when necessary.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
