A day in the life.

As our Client Service Representative on the Personal Lines team, you'll provide personalized insurance support to clients through phone, email, and in-person interaction. We are looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Representative who is hard-working, team-oriented, and a skilled communicator. This individual will conduct policy reviews annually and as needed, help support client change requests, answer policy questions, serve as point-of-contact for ongoing client support, field claim calls and provide billing assistance as needed.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

* Past Account Executive experience with Personal Lines Insurance

* Knowledge of personal insurance policies and coverages

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Active Property & Casualty Insurance License

* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Past or current experience with Account Management Systems such as TAM, EPIC, Applied, etc.
