  • Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Quoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal process
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of client service experience working insurance
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
