Randstad has an exciting opportunity currently available in Oxford, MS! We are looking for experienced Client Service Representatives to join this team! This position has permanent potential with one of our clients, a Financial Services Company. ***Candidates must be willing to work onsite for 4 weeks for training and 1 day per week once training is complete*** Please online for consideration!

salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 7 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

+ Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner while attempting to assist with a resolution of the caller's tax issue

+ Leverage a communication scripts when handling different topics

+ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

+ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

+ Activity documenting discussions of call and leverage internal tools for next level resolution needs

+ Ability to work in a structured, fast paced environment

+ Will be required to work onsite 1 day per week after training is completed
