Primary Job Function:

The Client Service Specialist will work closely with our Regional Sales Teams to aid and support in various aspects of the sales process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Partner with the Sales Team to cultivate new and deepen existing relationships with clients using Thornburg's various mutual fund and separate account products.

* Collaborate with the Investment Consultants and Advisor Solutions Consultants to schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual client meetings.

* Manage and complete back office/administrative requests aiding in the sales process.

* Maintain contact relationship management database (Salesforce) used by the sales team to track meetings, client information, etc.

* Conduct client research to maintain and enhance data integrity and aid in sales execution.

* Support and maintain Strategic Relationships conference and event processes.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - required.

* Prior experience in financial services and/or client service - preferred.

* FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 - preferred.

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

* Computer proficiency.
