Summary:
As a key contributor within Datrose's Staffing Services branch, the Staffing Client Services Manager will support the VP of Client Services in driving business growth and building strategic partnerships. This role focuses primarily on business development, including prospecting new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with existing clients and business partners. Job Duties:
+ Oversee and support the coaching and development of recruiters, strengthening the skills of its team members
+ Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand client staffing needs and develop strategy for sourcing/recruiting candidates
+ Encourage teamwork and empower team to deliver exceptional customer service
+ Collaborates with the leadership developing and implementing efficient recruiting measurements to monitor recruiter performance ensuring conformance with Datrose's business metrics.
+ Oversee job requisition assignment process
+ Interact with clients to ensure that communication is sound, and their needs are being met from a staffing standpoint; calibrate if changes are needed and then collaborate with staffing team to make any necessary adjustments
+ Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships
+ Manage and grow existing accounts, reach out to current clients for new recruiting opportunities
+ Represent Datrose at Career Fairs and Open House events marketing our company as a premier provider in the Staffing Industry
+ Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and present Datrose to potential clients and business opportunities
+ Identify client needs and suggest appropriate staffing services solutions
+ Support / maintain business leads, opportunities, pipelines, sales funnel etc.
+ Conduct presentations, pitches, and assist with proposals to prospective clients to showcase the value proposition of our staffing services
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field
+ 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred in Staffing Service Bureau or Staffing Agency sector
+ 3 years of supervising experience
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development/sales
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
+ Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Comfortable making decisions independently
+ Working knowledge of applicant tracking
+ Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
+ Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
+ Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
The pay rate for this position is a base rate of $80,000 plus uncapped commission.
