This role focuses primarily on business development, including prospecting new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with existing clients and business partners. While overseeing the overall success of the recruiting teamJob Duties:Oversee and support the coaching and development of recruiters, strengthening the skills of its team membersCollaborate with the recruiting team to understand client staffing needs and develop strategy for sourcing/recruiting candidatesEncourage teamwork and empower team to deliver exceptional customer serviceCollaborates with the leadership developing and implementing efficient recruiting measurements to monitor recruiter performance ensuring conformance with Datrose's business metrics.Oversee job requisition assignment processInteract with clients to ensure that communication is sound, and their needs are being met from a staffing standpoint; calibrate if changes are needed and then collaborate with staffing team to make any necessary adjustmentsCultivating and maintaining strong client relationshipsManage and grow existing accounts, reach out to current clients for new recruiting opportunitiesRepresent Datrose at Career Fairs and Open House events marketing our company as a premier provider in the Staffing IndustryProactively seek new business opportunities in the market and present Datrose to potential clients and business opportunitiesIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate staffing services solutionsSupport / maintain business leads, opportunities, pipelines, sales funnel etc.Conduct presentations, pitches, and assist with proposals to prospective clients to showcase the value proposition of our staffing servicesRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field5+ years of recruiting experience preferred in Staffing Service Bureau or Staffing Agency sector3 years of supervising experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in business development/salesAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingDemonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trustExcellent organizational and time management skillsComfortable making decisions independentlyWorking knowledge of applicant trackingAbility to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodsDeep understanding of employment laws and regulationsFamiliar with a wide variety of sourcing avenuesThe pay rate for this position is a base rate of $80,000 plus uncapped commission.Job RequirementsAbout Datrose:Datrose is a performance driven professional services company that provides a broad spectrum of services and solutions to the private sector, higher education institutions, non-profit, and public sector agencies and organizations.Summary:As a key contributor within Datrose's Staffing Services branch, the Staffing Client Services Manager will support the VP of Client Services in driving business growth and building strategic partnerships.
