Job Description:The purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice while providing superior customer service to existing clients and prospects. Position requires employee to perform industry specific tasks such as application submission and account transfer follow-up, account servicing, tasks including beneficiary changes, withdrawals, annuity reallocations, client request, database management, and appointment preparation including updating client account summaries and gathering the correct product brochures and applications.

Minimum Requirements: - Associate's degree minimum required
- Financial industry experience required
- 2+ years working alongside a financial advisor in a fast-paced office environment preferred
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Securities Industry license and/or PA health & life insurance preferred, or willing to obtain
Responsibilities:The Client Service Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help the advisor prepare for and follow-up on appointments. Other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks may include:
- Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner
- Record notes from every client conversation in the CRM
- Complete and process new business applications
- Create and update appropriate client file for each account
- Complete and process account servicing work
- Update records to reflect account service or new business status
- Email advisor a status at the end of each week
Salary: - $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience
