Our client, a well-established financial services firm operating in 40 states, is known for delivering white-glove service to their clients. They are seeking a skilled Client Service Advisor to join their team, supporting a growing client base with dedication and professionalism. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office work required, and the ideal candidate must reside in Western Washington.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high-touch service to clients, addressing financial inquiries, account management needs, and product offerings.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted resource.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Insurance, Investment, and Client Experience teams, to ensure timely completion of client service requests.
- Handle all aspects of client review meetings, including preparing materials, reviewing preliminary agendas, and finalizing client presentations.
- Develop and maintain client data within CRM systems and manage electronic client files.
- Provide personalized financial solutions by staying current with industry trends and offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards during client interactions.
- Support business development by conducting client review meetings, proactively expanding client plans, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Own all components of assigned client review meetings, including strategy updates, financial plan reviews, and follow-up summaries within 24-48 hours post-meeting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in financial services.
- Series 65 and Life and Health Insurance licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong relationship management skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in industry software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000
