We are partnering with a company in the wealth management sector who is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Service Advisor to join their team in Dallas, TX. In this essential role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and guidance on their financial needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and hold a Series 65 license to provide advisory services.

As a Client Service Advisor, you will help manage client relationships, offer personalized support, and ensure that clients' financial goals are consistently met. You will also work closely with wealth advisors and other team members to ensure a seamless, comprehensive service experience for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries
  • Assist clients with day-to-day financial needs, account maintenance, and service requests
  • Offer personalized financial guidance within the scope of your Series 65 license, including retirement planning, risk management, and investment strategies
  • Coordinate with wealth managers and other internal teams to ensure clients receive tailored wealth management solutions
  • Provide ongoing support for client portfolios, ensuring accounts are aligned with client goals and objectives
  • Educate clients on financial products, services, and available investment options
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and manage client documentation
  • Stay informed of market trends, financial regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate advice and insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for client growth and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Series 65 license is required (must be active)
  • Familiarity with Tamarac CRM is preferred, though not required
  • 3+ years of experience in client service, financial services, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High level of professionalism and client-focused attitude
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
