In this role, duties include fostering positive and close client relations, managing inquiries, providing solutions, and promptly directing complaints and queries to relevant departments. Duties will also include obtaining post-sales client feedback, learning internal processes and been multitask.There must be a client-oriented approach. A first-class client services representative builds positive business relationships and provides clients with individualized and professional support.Essential Functions:
  • Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience.
  • Managing client inquiries via phone, email, online, or in person.
  • Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Providing Solutions to queries and complaints.
  • Providing clients with key assistance with processes and services.
  • Expediting serious issues to management toward prompt resolution.
  • Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
  • Maintaining client records and documenting processes.
  • Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps.
  • Recommending process improvements based on client services feedback.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Work Location135 Spagnoli RoadMelville, NY Required Education and Competencies:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in client services, sales, or a similar role a plus.
  • Must always be detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills through good time management and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional ability in providing professional, efficient, and friendly client services.
  • Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters.
  • Advanced ability to aid, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to keep updated on new developments in the field of logistics, operations, and client services.
  • Excellent recordkeeping skills.
