Job Description:

One of the top wealth management firms in the DMV is looking to add several client services associates to their team due to growth. Founded over 40 years ago, this firm has over $8B in assets undermanagement and has been recognized year after year as one of the best financial services companies in the Mid-Atlantic.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and proactive service.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their needs and providing timely resolutions.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in account opening and maintenance processes.
  • Handle documentation and paperwork efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve issues.
  • Communicate with clients regarding account updates, market trends, and relevant information.

Client Onboarding:

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to educate clients on our platform and available resources.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve client concerns, working closely with team members to achieve prompt solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on resolutions.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate client records and information in the CRM system.
  • Generate reports and updates as needed for internal and client use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of previous experience in wealth management client services, financial services, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
