Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Client Services Associate is responsible for supporting Financial Advisors in the sales and service of investment, fiduciary and insurance products through a full-service brokerage and RIA platform. This position will assist in the achievement of sales revenue goals through customer contact, relationship building and ongoing support of business development activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Collaborate with QCIC Representatives to develop and implement a marketing plan.

* Coordinate all seminars, customer communications, and customer appreciation events.

* Provide administrative support to various team members.

* Facilitate all aspects of operations, including processing orders, processing checks, open accounts, maintain files, account transfers, take notes in our CRM.

* Support and track required compliance processes and tasks.

* Communicate with customers on trades and a variety of client service items.

* Maintain customer contact system, newsletter, customer mailings, correspondence, marketing materials, customer notes, and follow up calls.

* Prepare financial reports, asset allocations and customer reviews.

* Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements that are applicable to this position

* Foster and preserve a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

* Additional duties and responsibilities may be required to support our mission, vision and values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* Minimum one year of financial product sales/service experience.

* Previous customer experience with capability to collaborate with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and professional manner.

* Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Capability to work independently on assigned projects

* Capability to interpret and analyze financial information.

* Interest and/or desire to grow within the position and support the overall growth of our Wealth Management Division.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

* Duties are performed in a professional office environment.

* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer with heavy phone-based client interaction.
