Contractors only (non-employee work status). Strictly Support, LLC is looking for a customer service oriented individual who loves technology and is able to handle a variety of customer service, light phone sales, administrative support and training. Phone calls would consist of training clients on web-based Human Resources Applicant Tracking System, Onboarding and Assessment software; as well as the possibility of in-bound phone calls in the future. Our Virtual Team handles Web-based ticket/email support and a variety of Office Administrative tasks for numerous clients, as they need help. Contractor needs to be available during our clients business hours for support; 8AM to 5PM MST (although hours may not be that full-block of time). You may live in any time zone, but must be available during the above time in MST.
We support various HR software, but need assistance with applicant tracking software as well as employment assessments (such as Profiles International/PAC).
