If you're prepared to leverage your administrative expertise, organizational proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail—then join us and contribute to something truly exceptional.Essential Functions: Collaborates with Manager to facilitate the onboarding process for new office staff, offering guidance and support in understanding and implementing departmental procedures.Manages incoming phone calls and emails, addressing service inquiries from both internal and external sources, including FellowshipLIFE communities and external community outpatients.Conducts comprehensive Therapy at Home client intakes.Maintains an up-to-date list of referrals for department.Establishes and manages a tracking system to ensure efficient processing and scheduling of services.Assists in obtaining pre-authorization, tracks insurance authorizations, and notifies therapists to ensure timely submissions.Assumes responsibilities for the Client Services Coordinator II during absences, overseeing the upkeep of referral files, including securing physician signatures for initial evaluations and recertifications, while also providing support in verifying Medicare Part B/Managed Care Medicare Part B coverage/Commercial Insurances benefits and communicating co-pays or co-insurance details to clients prior to scheduling.Ensures timely and accurate data entry of all financial and demographics in billing system, and communicates to Accounts Receivables any known billing concerns.Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.Administrative experience preferred.Demonstrate unwavering professionalism and hospitality in interactions with therapists, healthcare providers, team members, residents, and families.Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Possess proficient computer skills, including an intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to rapidly learn and master department-specific software applications.Showcase the ability to adeptly navigate and master electronic medical records software.Benefits and Perks 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceTuition reimbursementVision insuranceEOE - FellowshipLIFE is an equal opportunity employer.
