Client Services Coordinator

Wine Enthusiast Media, a leading provider of wine-related content, products, and experiences, is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator. As a contract Client Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients and partners during Q4.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Wine Enthusiast Media's products, services, and offerings to effectively address client inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients by understanding their needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, editorial, and production, to coordinate and execute client requests, campaigns, and projects.
  • Prepare and present client materials and reports, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Monitor and track client campaigns and initiatives, providing regular updates and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary.

Day to Day Tasks Including but not limited to:

  • Manage clients & project workflow on digital activations.
  • Create & manage campaigns in our project management platform, Monday.com
  • Assist in creating screenshot decks & wrap-up reports.
  • Collect & review print ads from clients.
  • Traffic banner ads in GAM.
  • Assist in creating & updating sales decks & materials.
  • Take notes & recap recurring client calls.
  • Coordinate calendar & email schedule.
  • Check & review ad inventory for Q4
  • Handle general team administrative & coordinating responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in client services, account management, or a customer-facing role.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the wine industry, including wine production, regions, varietals, and terminology is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Monday.com is preferred, but not required
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Location:

Hybrid, team meets at corporate office in Valhalla, NY, once a month.
