Job description:With a Little Help, an award-winning in-home care company serving the greater Seattle communities, is seeking a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing leads, on-boarding new clients, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. If you answered yes to the above, we want to hear from you!Job Summary: This role is responsible for supporting our existing clients and bringing on new ones. From taking client inquiry calls, vetting leads, developing leads (and their referral sources), assessing clients, and signing them up for services. Then helping to identify the right fit caregiver to care for them as well as ongoing support, re-assessments, client satisfaction and quality assurance are the primary responsibilities of this role. This position requires heavy phone and email interaction, excellent communication skills, organization, patience, problem solving, empathy and a desire to help the elderly and other vulnerable populations.Primary Job Duties:Develop relationships with new and existing referral sources.Conduct new client inquiry calls and determine if they are a good fit for our services.Develop leads, conduct initial in-home assessments, and sign up new clients.Help match Caregivers to work with new clients, go over plans of care with CG's, introduce them to new clients and provide ongoing general support.Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure proper care plans are implemented and quality assurance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.Monitor client progress and address any concerns or issues promptly.Collaborate with the care team to provide exceptional support to clients and caregivers.Help market our company and services to the community.Being part of the on-call rotation that takes after-hour calls, typically 1 week per month.Using a variety of computer software and programs to create seamless communication among care coordinators, recruiters, and clientsCreate efficient workflows between caregivers and clients introductionsSecondary Job Duties:We are a small company, and all support each other.
