Job Summary The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for working with the Senior Membership Manager to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations regarding all client service contracts. This role is responsible for acting as the single point of contact to assigned external clients once the sale is finalized. The Client Services Coordinator liaises with the appropriate team members across the organization to coordinate contract details and ensure a well-organized execution of the deal. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service excellence and consistency
- Proficient in technologies and programs necessary to complete tasks
- Review contract requirements, special provisions and terms with sales representatives; clarify all facets of the agreement to ensure deliverables
- Develop and implement deal fulfillment plans so that deliverables are on-time and internal expectations are understood
- Track and manage fulfillment process, from initiation of project through payment processing, using organizational systems applications
- Report and work with internal resources to resolve customer issues/challenges

Minimum QualificationsEducation and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with customer management systems (CRMs); Salesforce preferred
- High degree of organization and detail orientation.
