Job Description:

Lead2Pipeline is seeking an experienced Client Services Director to join our expanding team. This role will report to our CMO and partner with our Director of Operations.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of the B2B tech demand generation industry, and significant experience with content syndication programs that deliver leads with first-party data to enterprise accounts. Our clients include the world's most innovative B2B tech companies, including brands like Microsoft, Oracle, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • The Client Services Director is responsible for 95% retention across all Lead2Pipeline accounts.
  • This role will work closely with our Sales and Campaign Management teams to track project status daily for campaigns, ensuring they're starting on time, progressing consistently, and ending on schedule.
  • Your expertise will help us troubleshoot potential issues and bottlenecks for campaigns across our clients.
  • Your data skills will help them systematically generate progress reports for each campaign.
  • This role will identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities for our Sales team across our client base.

Requirements:

  • Intimately familiar with B2B demand generation:

- Industry landscape (B2B lead generation providers, publishers, media brands)

- Platforms (Integrate, Convertr)

- Martech (Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce)

- Intent data providers (6Sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo)

- Agencies (The Marketing Practice, Transmission, Trilliad)

  • 10+ years managing B2B demand generation campaigns.
  • 5+ years working with enterprise sales teams.
  • 5+ years generating weekly status reports for ongoing campaigns and tracking issues.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to expertly manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate clearly and quickly about complex issues.
