Job Description:

The Client Services Director/Sr Manager at Quorum will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of this innovative Adtech business. Assuming accountability for driving Quorum's relationships and customer growth, the Client Services Director would operate at the forefront of technology service provision in the location-based space.

As the leader of the Client Services team for Quorum, the Client Services Director/Sr Manager will take personal responsibility for spearheading the commercial and strategic management of the largest partner accounts, working across both the demand and supply sides of the ecosystem to ensure mutually sustainable revenue growth and happiness.

The Client Services Director/Sr Manager will be expected to provide leadership, mentoring and the appropriate supporting organizational structure to ensure your teams continued growth, success and personal development. Working closely with sales, operations, and product and engineering teams, the role is also expected to liaise closely with Senior Management.

The right candidate will have a strong understanding of the online advertising space, with a deep emphasis upon CTV, location-based/OOH and programmatic knowledge. With strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and proven experience managing client-facing teams, the candidate would have an aptitude for some travel and ability to work with multiple teams, over multiple time zones and cultures. The role will initially report to the CEO.

This role will be either in-office in Burlington, VT or a hybrid role in New York City.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of client services management structure for key accounts (day to day) to retain & deepen relationships including analysis of key accounts to determine optimal product / service solutions and growth opportunities.
  • Manage a team of Account Managers and help build the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides.
  • Become an expert on the use and best practices on Quorum platform, and offer insights to clients on how to improve results.
  • Clearly identify, communicate, and offer solutions for problems, spend blockers, and future threats or opportunities. Escalating challenges appropriately.
  • Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to The Quorum Product.
  • Participate in the advocation for, testing, reviewing, and providing detailed feedback for products that help add value for our clients.
  • Work with Finance on contracts, pricing and revenue forecasting. Optimize and negotiate pricing models; manage revenue forecast for existing clients and revenue growth
  • Take responsibility for ensuring the positioning and reputation of the Quorum brand, as a leading technology provider to the CTV and OOH/Location-based economies.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of existing partnership and product details to support business development initiatives.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in the online advertising industry in an external-facing role.
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with programmatic media, CTV, OOH, and Location-based media technologies is considered essential.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience; ability to provide clear and concise evaluations and actionable insights from the analysis of complex datasets. A love of problem solving through data.
  • Strong client-facing skills with a proven track record interfacing closely with clients in an account management or sales related capacity.
  • Desire to deliver a top-notch customer experience; strong consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment; flexibility in working across both cultures and languages
