Your Role:

As a key player in our Valley Stream, NY Office (located just off the LRR), you will be ensuring a first-class experience for our clients. You will be handling corporate filings, lien research requests and other orders from our clients. Your responsibilities will include dealing with our clients and addressing inquiries via phone and email, putting together quotes, processing orders, dealing with our fulfillment teams, and providing crucial support in resolving client issues. Your role is diverse, challenging, and rewarding. We have a full trajing and support program to help guarantee your success and growth within the company.

What We Seek:

A commitment to professional development, excellence and integrity demonstrated by a Bachelors degree or enrollment in college with evening classes or equivalent work experience

Strong writing skills and a command of the English language

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy

Exceptional multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently

A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations with poise, understanding, and tact
