Job Title: Client Services/Administrative Support

Location: Irvine, CA (in office) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSalary: $70k+ Benefits (Direct Hire)

Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Screen calls, handle simple issues, schedule appointments, prepare client information and policies, and maintain client files in Sales Central.
• Prospects/New Clients: Prepare application packets, review and submit applications, order medical exams, assist with underwriting, and track application status.
• Existing Client Services: Check for service alerts, manage client requests (policy loans, beneficiary changes, etc.), and ensure follow-up.
• Marketing: Assist with client mailings, birthday/holiday cards, and gifts.
• Office Duties: Order supplies, maintain office organization, handle filing, scanning, and UPS shipments.

Qualifications:

• Life/Health Insurance License.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Experience in financial planning or life insurance is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and New York Life software (Sales Central, Illustrations).
