Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and proactive service.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their needs and providing timely resolutions.
Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve issues.
- Communicate with clients regarding account updates, market trends, and relevant information.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve client concerns, working closely with team members to achieve prompt solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on resolutions.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate client records and information in the CRM system.
- Generate reports and updates as needed for internal and client use.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in account opening and maintenance processes.
- Handle documentation and paperwork efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Client Onboarding:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
- Conduct orientation sessions to educate clients on our platform and available resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of previous experience in wealth management client services, financial services, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
