Job Description:

One of the top wealth management firms in the DMV is looking to add a client services manager to their team due to growth. Founded over 30 years ago, this firm has over $6B in assets undermanagement and has been recognized year after year as one of the best financial services companies in the Mid-Atlantic.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and proactive service.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their needs and providing timely resolutions.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve issues.
  • Communicate with clients regarding account updates, market trends, and relevant information.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve client concerns, working closely with team members to achieve prompt solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on resolutions.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate client records and information in the CRM system.
  • Generate reports and updates as needed for internal and client use.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in account opening and maintenance processes.
  • Handle documentation and paperwork efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Client Onboarding:

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to educate clients on our platform and available resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of previous experience in wealth management client services, financial services, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
