Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for excellent patient care and outstanding client communication. Responsibilities for this position include answering phones calls and maintaining multiple lines in a timely fashion, scheduling appointments, invoicing and collecting payments. The ability to efficiently multi-task is required. As the first point of contact of each phone call and each office visit, those in the position must maintain a professional attitude and compassionate demeanor to help ensure each client experience is exceptional.
Prior customer service experience is required. Veterinary experience is required. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits are offered.
