Oliver Inc. is looking for a customer-oriented Client Services Representative who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. You will serve as the main point of contact between Oliver and its clients, working to manage and build long-term business relationships, provide solutions, and contribute to overall client satisfaction, collaborating with internal departments to drive the process.

About the Role:

As a Client Services Representative, you will:

  • Assist with customer service between team members, customers and other departments, including sales, EPP, production scheduling and shipping.
  • Present proofs, obtain customer approvals, provide samples, and determine agreed upon delivery dates.
  • Track open sales order, finished goods inventory, and open orders for billing reports.
  • Support sales team and follow up on lead activity as requested.
  • Refer complaints of product or service failure to appropriate departments (QA/Sales) after initial investigation; obtain relevant information and associated samples.
  • Communicate concise and accurate information to team members and customers as applicable.
  • Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.

About You:

You're a fit for the role of Client Services Representative, if your background includes:

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while exercising sound judgment in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma is required; a college degree is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
