In this role, you'll focus on building lasting client relationships through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client support and service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of questions and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
- Identify opportunities for lead generation and new sales.
- Educate clients and prospects about Community Solar and our program.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on potential sales opportunities in person (occasionally) and remotely.
- Document activities, client interactions, and sales leads in our CRM.
- Make outbound calls as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client service or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets, Drive, and basic technology tools.
- Open to travel if needed.
