- Provide customer service to agents, insureds, claimants and others for billing and claim reporting and inquiries
- Daily tasks including responding to agents and insureds regarding inquiries to billing and claims
- First level customer support for all agents and insureds on software applications including assistance in accessing the software and helping with basic usage
Preferred Experience of the Client Services Specialist
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Previous experience working with insurance claims is a plus
- Basic math skills are also highly desired
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field highly desired
Required Experience of the Client Services Specialist
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work under deadlines
- Savvy with MS Office
Education Requirement of the Client Services Specialist
- High school diploma or GED, along with some college coursework required
Schedule of the Client Services Specialist
- M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some possibility of hybrid
