Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor's degree (Business preferred); recent college graduates with a strong customer service mindset are ideal.
+ Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing or service environment preferred, but open to candidates without call-center experience.
+ Skills:
+ strong client management and relationship skills, demonstrating a proactive, self-starting attitude.
+ Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
+ strong oral and written communication skills, capable of facilitating meetings and presenting information clearly.

Responsibilities
+ Deliver high-quality client support, overseeing day-to-day service activities for clients and ensuring timely, accurate responses to inquiries.
+ Manage client communications through phone and email, addressing payment issues, system access, audit requests, reconciliation research, and other client service needs.
+ Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring collaborative solutions.
+ Track client requests related to tax reporting, project updates, custom reporting, and operational adjustments.
+ Monitor workflow queues, track service quality standards, and support adherence to the Benefit Payments delivery model.
