How you'll make an impact
* Provide support to Client Board Manager by completing ad hoc administrative tasks as needed and directed.
* Learn and support the Client Service Cycle with oversight from experienced team members to ensure timely delivery of client materials and services.
* Assist Client Board Manager with the preparation of client materials, scheduling, and other client related tasks, including scheduling calls and board meetings, maintain meeting minutes and updating appropriate staff regarding Board decisions.
* Prepare for client board meetings through meeting material preparation and preparing the board room.
* Assist in the preparation of regular and special reports for client related documents, meetings, calls and presentations.
* Develop strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to effectively participate in client calls, meetings, and correspondence via email.
* Works closely with accounting and compliance team to assist with certificate of completion verification, trustee expenditures for reimbursement, assist accounting with annual audits, and other trustee related verification requirements.
* Study and apply Gallagher's resources, available tools, established work products and knowledge to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in client deliverables with oversight from experienced team members.
* Exemplify the highest ethical standards, promote professional behavior and uphold The Gallagher Way.
* Special projects and other duties as assigned
About You
* High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
